Big Day Package - $350
Make sure that you are treated like royalty on your wedding day! This package includes an initial consultation and two additional planning appointments (scheduled based on services requested); and, five hours of service on your wedding day that includes your ceremony and ends prior to your reception. Wedding Day Package I - $650
Your special day is finally here and this is the time to make memories and enjoy one-of-a-kind moments with your family and friends. R&R can help you do just that. Pass the torch and all of the nagging details for the day to your personal assistant who will become the official “go to girl” for all questions and problems from vendors, guests, family and wedding party members. This package includes an initial consultation, two additional planning appointments; and, up to 10 hours of service on your wedding day that end with your reception.  Up to 3 additional hours can be added at $100 per hour. Wedding Day Package II (including rehearsal activities) - $1,000
This package includes the same items as the Wedding Day Package I but is extended to include help at the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. Please visit the Most Requested Services list for examples of duties performed.
 
Sweet Beginnings Package – $550
Your personal assistant will help you design a budget, a timeline and an outline. This includes advice and etiquette information. It also includes research of vendors, locations and referrals. This package includes an initial consultation and two additional planning appointments.

All The Extras Package - $3,000
No matter what size wedding you are planning there are many details and so many unknowns. All The Extras includes all elements of the Wedding Day II Package in addition to assistant’s attendance at all appointments with all vendors, contacting non-responsive guests, a timeline for the wedding weekend to distribute to all persons in the bridal party including the vendors, contact with all vendors to confirm all details pertaining to the wedding day, wedding night gift basket and wedding night room preparation. The Ultimate Package - $6,500
Just as the title suggests, this is the ultimate package because it begins prior to your wedding and includes post details that can otherwise delay your honeymoon plans. Includes all elements of the Extras Package in addition to delivering gifts to couple’s home, return of tuxedo and other rental items, taking wedding dress for cleaning and preservation, delivering bridal bouquet for preservation and coordination of house sitting or pet sitting needs while you are away. - Keeping an emergency kit on hand at ALL times (hairspray, safety pins, needle & thread, nail polish, etc)
- Making certain that all finishing touches are complete per bride's specific instruction: place cards, wedding favors, ceremony programs, disposable cameras, etc.
- Distribute final payments & tip to vendors on behalf of couple
- Giving directions and passing out itineraries and maps to guests
- Carrying bride's personal belongings: purse, make-up, mints, etc.
- Assisting in gathering the wedding party and family members for pictures as needed
- Preparation of rehearsal & wedding itineraries
- Follow-up with vendors/confirm times & details
- Attendance & Direction at the rehearsal
- Attending appointments with the Bride
- Providing direction and guidance to ushers for seating of guests
- Taking care of the entire wedding party and immediate family members
- Gather items post service & reception such as candles, wedding license, gifts, cake knife & toasting glasses
- Keeping track of and organizing wedding gifts and envelopes
- Providing picnic basket of goodies for your wedding night
- Check-in, bring your luggage, and preparing your suite on your wedding night
- Contacting non-responsive guests
- Addressing or mailing invitations, announcements, save-the-dates or thank you notes
- Location searching
- Pre-qualified vendor referrals
- Prepare a timeline for the wedding weekend and distribute to all persons in the bridal party including the vendors
- Contact all vendors to confirm all details pertaining to the wedding day
- Orchestrate the wedding rehearsal and dinner, ceremony and reception
- Assistance in determining the rehearsal dinner location and details
- Manage vendor agreements and payments
- Transport floral or decor to rehearsal dinner, ceremony and/or reception site
- Deliver welcome gifts to hotel guests
- Take gown to be pressed and preserved
- Return tuxedos and other rental items
- Pick up/deliver bridal gown to ceremony
- Prepare invitation list
- Deliver bouquet for preservation
- A comprehensive list of questions to ask your vendors
- Instructing attendants, especially juniors of their duties
- Start attendants and bride down the aisle (includes last minute primping & perfecting)
- Liaise with reception site manager regarding removing & wrapping top layer of wedding cake
- Be present to oversee make-up, hair & dressing of the bridal party
- Get bride and bridal party to the church on time
- House-sitting & pet sitting needs while couple is away on honeymoon
- Grocery shopping and errands while couple is on honeymoon
